What is PlayveraCo?
Through play, we return to what is true.
PlayveraCo offers pathways for reflection, reconnection, and meaningful change.
PlayveraCo, a venture built at the intersection of lived experience, positive psychology, and creative practice, is founded by mother–daughter duo, Lisa and Shelby.
The work brings together decades of experience in health, nutrition, and wellbeing with a more recent focus on recovery, neurodivergence, and life after adversity. Together, we are developing practical, accessible ways for people to reconnect with themselves through play, reflection, and connection.
At the core of this work is a simple idea: flourishing is not about forcing positivity—it’s about creating the conditions where people can safely return to themselves.
Our work is informed by both professional backgrounds and personal experience, including navigating burnout, illness, and major life transitions. This gives the work depth, but also keeps it grounded in what is actually realistic and supportive.
PlayveraCo exists alongside and in partnership with Lee Lee’s Life Lessons, a nonprofit focused on supporting wellbeing and resilience in the cancer and further communities.
