Let Us Play: The EPIC Pathway to Joy After Adversity is a six-part guided experience designed to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves after periods of adversity, change, or disconnection. It invites reflection, expression, play, and integration as a pathway back to a sense of self, connection, and possibility, and is informed by principles of positive psychology, including the PERMA-V model.
Let Us Play is offered through retreats and programmes as they arise, with details shared on the website. The work can also be adapted for organisations, groups, and retreat settings. We welcome enquiries from those interested in hosting, collaborating, or simply learning more.

Flourishing Strategy Coaching

Led by a Positive Psychology Practitioner, Lisa Caughman, MSc, HHP, CAPP, who is a cancer survivor, ordained interfaith minister, and founder of Lee Lees Life Lessons, and the Let Us Play™ Series and Co-founder of PlayveraCo.
Her work as a Flourishing Strategist blends positive psychology, metaphysical awareness, creative reflection, and compassionate guidance to support individuals navigating life’s turning points with clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose.

Flourishing Packages
A personalised consultancy service supporting individuals navigating life transitions, recovery, and long-term change.
Led by a Positive Psychology Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the food and child nutrition sector, this work combines evidence-informed wellbeing practices with a deeply holistic understanding of human resilience, identity, and meaning.
Sessions are designed to help clients:
Reconnect with a sense of self after disruption or illness
Build sustainable emotional and physical wellbeing practices
Navigate complex life changes with clarity and grounded support
Move beyond survival into a more engaged, meaningful way of living
This is not prescriptive coaching. It is a collaborative, reflective process that meets each person where they are, with particular sensitivity to those recovering from cancer or navigating long-term health challenges.
A short-term experience designed to help you move through a life transition with clarity, stability, and renewed direction.
This package includes an initial 90-minute session, followed by two 60-minute sessions, each tailored specifically to you and supported with personalised guidance and reflective support throughout. A complimentary 30-minute follow-up session is also offered 3-months, or at your choosing, after the last session.
A focused 60-minute session designed to support clarity, direction, and thoughtful next steps.
This session provides a space to explore your current situation, reflect on what feels most important, and identify what may best support you moving forward. Following the session, you will receive a personalised guidance and reflection summary to support integration and continued progress.
A follow-up check-in email will be provided after one month, offering an opportunity to revisit key themes and support ongoing reflection.
Flourishing Sessions
A deeper private experience for individuals navigating healing, reinvention, or meaningful life change.
This package includes an initial 90-minute session, followed by five 60-minute sessions, offering a structured yet flexible pathway for reflection, integration, and forward movement. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, with personalised guidance and reflective support throughout.
A complimentary 30-minute follow-up session is offered three months after the final session, providing an opportunity to revisit your progress and support continued integration.
